We have lived in Devonshire Hills for over three years and highly recommend it to all our friends. The atmosphere is beautiful and relatively peaceful and quiet. Management is friendly and very responsive, as is the maintenance team. Rental rates are very affordable. Given the age of the buildings, the apartments are maintained relatively well. I have lived in one of the cheapest, most unsafe apartments I've ever known, as well as a brand new, high-end townhouse. All things considered, Devonshire Hills ranks above them all!
