HORRIBLE experience with this company, its almost the deadline to do our taxes and this company still hasnt finished, they wont give us an expected date so we know if we have to file an extension, when we call and ask them when they expect to be complete, they are rude and wont say. YET they have managed to bill us. TERRIBLE, we are swtiching asap! I gues we should have learned our lesson after last year, so shame on us for not switching sooner!!!
