Don't count on these guys to get your project complete on YOUR schedule. There always seems to be an excuse to not do your work on the day that would work for everyone else. They seem to have a "Black Book" of sorts of reasons to give. Count on getting a change order from them as well. There was always something that was our issue that they needed more money for.
Don't count of them staying on your schedule. It appears that the bigger fish that are more important. Also they were tripped up on some small details on a very small rail, this surprised me based on what they say there experience is. Watch out for the change orders!!!!
