TERRIBLE. I had a tire replaced here only to have it blow out within five miles of casual city riding. Asked them for a replacement since it was obviously incorrectly service, and they made no offers or apologies. Awful customer service, just want to stick it to customers. I live a block away and I will never go back to these rude and uncaring people.
