Alpha IT has always had a proactive approach at launch, with no remote tools our team would go out and perform on-site updates, cleanup, and even blow the dust out of the computers every month as part of our proactive service. We monitor and alert on network, server, desktop, and antivirus/malware in real-time and take action to fix any issues before you even report an issue.
