Had an ipl done on my forarms to remove brown spots and results were poor. The employee was in too much of a hurry to get the job done and not at all concerned with the results. When I returned for another different procedure and complained about the ipl, I was practically escorted out the door. As of recent, they deal poorly with complaints and I have found they really are only about the money. I would NOT recommend this biz.
However, when I had the ipl done at a different FM spa, results were great and they even beat LL price! Eight of us have moved on to a more caring, results orientated and kinder spa.

I switched to laser lounge from a referral and wouldn't go anywhere now! Never disappointed when I leave and always look amazing and natural ❤️ The office staff and doctor are all amazing -kelly

I visited the Bonita location for the 1st time today and it was such a wonderful experience. Before going in I spoke with Denielle who was amazing- she found the right package that addressed my needs all while making it at an affordable rate. When I arrived the receptionist was super friendly, the office was cozy and the overall atmosphere was very inviting! I can't say enough great things about the technician Ashley who performed my laser hair removal treatment. She was patient, took the time to listen to my needs and did a very thorough job. I will definitely be visiting again! Two thumbs up!!
