BED BUGS!!! I was severely bitten by bedbugs at Philadelphia Airport Plus Red Roof Inn during my two separate and consecutive stays at the hotel. I politely and discretely complained to the Red Roof Inn corporate national customer service center and the customer service representative who took my complaint mistreated me and made me feel totally humiliated. I had to seek medical treatment and was prescribed medication for my very painful and multiple bed bug bite marks. Room was nice, but had none of the standard niceties that we found at comparable motels of the same price. Internet access was not free, no complementary breakfast foods, no refrigerator or microwave and no lotions and one small shampoo.
