Rick catered our wedding at the Shelburne Museum this past weekend and he went over and beyond. The food was incredible and everyone at the wedding - including vegetarian guests were full and happy! The food looked beautiful, the servers were happy, helpful, and outstanding, and everything tasted wonderful! Rick's laid back approach was really refreshing in the planning process, and his food is affordable. My favorite part of having Rick's Catering at our wedding is that we knew the food would be outstanding and we were paying a fair price for it. I completely recommend Rick's Catering for any size event - in fact I am looking forward to enjoying his food at a wedding this coming weekend and I know it will be amazing. We were from out of town looking for a local caterer in the Burlington, VT area for a recent wedding rehearsal dinner for approximately 60 people. Asking around, a number of folks highly recommended Rick's Catering. After looking into a few other places, we decided to use Ricks Catering. Rick provided lasagna (3 large pans of different varieties), pies (9 of different varieties) and rolls (6 dozen) for the event. The fresh fruit pies and rolls were made by his brother, Mike, who owns Bakers Dozen. All of the food was excellent. A number of folks commented on the quality of the food. Rick was also very accommodating with time schedules and delivery arrangements and with helpful suggestions on keeping our costs low, for example, purchasing the appetizers ourselves at local stores. We would not hesitate to recommend Rick Catering and Bakers Dozen for any of your catering events. Our thanks to Rick for the excellent service and great food!

Rick catered our wedding this past December at ECHO and was awesome. From the day we scheduled the tasting, he has been helpful and assuring. After meeting him, my wife was very comfortable utilizing Rick's services and that is always important, especially with a nervous bride. We had compliments all evening long, about how wonderful they thought the food was and we even had people trying to call dibs on the leftovers. He was also very helpful and courteous throughout the evening. Rick assured us that no matter what, we wouldn't run out of food and later in the evening, I assured him that when we have our housewarming party this summer, he would be making a house-call. We use Rick's Catering for most of our Company functions. Rick's food is always outstanding and he never disappoints! He thinks of all of the small details, is always on time, which is very important with a corporate function. Both he and his staff are professional and extremely courteous.
