Bought a vape at this store. Terrific salesperson! Then checked the Internet ( got it backwards, I know-)Five minutes later tried to return it, still in its plastic wrap, totally intact, because the price on the Internet was LESS THAN HALF what I had paid ! No returns! It said that on the receipt I got after I paid for it... This policy is not posted anywhere in the store, nor was it mentioned by the salesperson. Got the manager involved , then he called the owner who still refused to give me a refund, then said they would give me store credit I could use in any of their stores. OK, I can get with that. THEN manager tells me he has no means to give me a gift card, that i have to use the store credit right there, right then or nothing! Let the buyer beware: THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIPOFF! Are they thinking noone will complain because of the nature of their business???
