My intention as an acupuncturist is to support individuals in their healing process. I work as a partner with my patients to help them achieve their personal wellness goals. I cannot heal anyone, but I can use my knowledge and skills to support the body's natural healing ability. I listen not only to my patient's words but also to their bodies by feeling the pulse and abdomen and looking at the tongue. This shows me how I can help. By removing blockages that interfere with normal functioning or strengthening the body's natural processes balance can be restored In my practice I use a variety of modalities to support health and healing such as acupuncture (stimulation with needles), moxibustion ( heat stimulation), cupping (suction), guasha (scraping), Herbal therepies and massage. Acupuncture is effective in treating many health issues such as pain, allergies, anxiety, digestive disorders, headaches, fatigue and more.
