What kind of store calls you at 9:45 PM on a weeknight to tell you that your order is ready, just 15 minutes before they close? This store does!

It must have been a dare at the store, because there are people who need to get up early and actually do some work, not just smile and greet people.

Customer service has a lot to be desired. Asked for help a red jacket individual said I'll be right with you , well that didn't happen so I took my three items total instead of the four in which I wanted to purchase to the contractors check out. I asked the checker to check inventory and she said they have two more of the items in question if I were to go back to that department. I said no, I'm the customer, so I paid for my three and left. In earlier times an employee should have been running up to the check out with item in hand. Not the way I would be running a store.

Everything is easy to find and the prices and service is great!
