As owner of Circle P Ranch, let me be first to volunteer my background in the horse business As an original member of The Santa Fe Hunt, then enjoying Eventing and finally concentrating on Dressage, I have been riding the hills and competition arenas of San Diego County for almost forty years. Passage of time has dictated that I am no longer an active competitor. A sad parting. After some serious mental gymnastics, I find that the hosting of a top- of- the line facility where I can observe talented horses placed in the hands of caring, experienced trainers totally fulfills my retirement.       At Circle P Ranch our major emphasis is the training of the rider and the horse. Our primary goal is to provide an environment that is safe, relaxing, and conducive to learning. You might be surprised by the progress that you make at our wonderful barn. I know more than a few people that are!! At Circle P we encourage our boarders to take every opportunity to learn. This beautiful Oak tree bordering the big ring offers shade to sit in comfort while you watch other riders and continue to learn. We have a place for your farrier to work This beautiful barn is more than an appropriate center piece for Circle P. It houses an enormous tack room, actually three tack rooms. It also has a loft that has recently been renovated to accommodate excess equipment, blankets etc. There are further cross ties, wash stalls, and hot and cold water for your horses comfort. Board includes stall cleaning daily, and hay in the am and pm. We offer both grass and alfalfa hay. By separate agreement, Antonio our exceptional onsite manager, can take care of grain feeding, hand walking, turning out etc.
