Gentry Primary School is a public institution that provides educational classes to students in kindergarten through grade two. It has a team of guidance counselors that provides parents with information on child development and resource materials regarding parenting. The school teaches various subjects, such as special education programs, art, music, math, science, social studies, reading, basic skills, and health and physical education. The school operates a parent-teacher organization that conducts monthly meetings and assists with school activities, fundraising events, field trips, and parent information and workshops. It maintains a media center that is equipped with more than 25 computers. Gentry Primary School is a part of Harnett County Schools and is located in Erwin, N.C.
