Its advanced technology group manufactures various systems and products, including Orion Workstations that are available for purchase. Meyer Tool uses laser machining for specific applications to cut complex contours and weld various materials. It uses air diffusion plates and tubes and airfoil and several types of cooling holes for a range of applications. Meyer Tool has computer integrated control and monitoring systems on blazing furnaces. Its capabilities include vacuum and controlled atmosphere blazing and continuous resistance seam and spot welding. Meyer Tool offers complete fixture manufacturing, customer coordinated concurrent engineering and controlled process planning services.
