I had a wonderful experience at Venango Supply. They provided excellent service during my bathroom remodel project and were extremely helpful when I wanted to special order a vanity. Also, when my hot water tank bit the dust on a Saturday night my plumber was able to get ahold of the owners on a Sunday early morning to get a new one. Great service!

I was extremely disappointed with the staff at Venango Supply. I was in the showroom abotu 20 minutes after they opened and it took them about a half an hour to ask me if I needed any help. When I told them I did they rudely told me that because I didnt' make an appointment (which isn't manditory) it would be an hour and half before I would be assisted. I walked out with purchasing anything. They only had one employee working, which is hard to believe since they boast about their large showroom. You would think with a large showroom you would staff more than one person.
