I've lived here since January 2012. This place is fantastic. Management is so easy to work with. I have three small kids and even though I try to keep them quiet, they can be loud sometimes. I've only had one person complain that they were playing quietly outside at 2 PM, but he's the one tearing the place down at 4 AM with his intoxicated buddies. I called management to inquire about a noise regulation. She told me not to worry about him. If your rent is on time, and you don't cause trouble, this place is great.

I've never had a single problem while living here for the past two years. I pay 754.00 for a one bedroom, but all utilities are included (so you can use the AC all summer which is great). It's very quiet, I can't hear my neighbors or their pets ever. The apartments are very clean, well kept up, maintenance is really 24 hrs every day (I have called at 3 am before and they fixed my problem), and there is a good amount of closet space. It's in a very safe neighborhood and is located one street south of Mercyhurst University. It's not completely convenient to Peach St, but there are some good places to eat that aren't too far away.

Don't know what EW is talking about. I see kids playing outside all the time along with people sitting outside in lawn chairs. EW sounds like the type of person that got evicted and can't seem to realize it was for a good reason. I love these apts, all utilities are paid for, they are clean apts, good neighborhood, very quiet at nights, pet friendly (which is rare in PA). Personally I'm glad that these apts are strict with evicting people, Thats why the area is clean, no one whats to live around jerks like EW.

As of 2010, a 2 bedroom is $797 including all utilities. While it seems a bit much, you never have to worry about heating bills and can run AC during the summer. The neighborhood is nice and safe. Also, the walls are actually soundproof. Unless someone is standing in the hallway outside your door, you can not hear your neighbors. They allow cats and small dogs which is nice as we have 2 cats. Also, the apartments are clean upon move-in (does not look or smell like pets have been there). As a pet owner, this is the best apartment I have found in Erie. (Apparently nice complexes do not alllow pets so our choices were limited). There is also a ton of closet space and a giant mirror covering the wall next to the kitchen. If you don't have pets, you can probably fine something cheaper and a bit nicer. However, I have not found a nicer place in Erie that allows pets that is worth the price if you are intent on renting.

They're nice to your face.

They will name any reason to evict you and can do so under the lessor's "right" to terminate the lease. There is no alarm or security system and microwaves are not provided. They allow pets for a hefty deposit (more than the pet costs), and although there are older people and families renting there they seem to prefer young college students. Families cannot make noise, run, talk in stairways, etc etc. NOT the place to go if you have a family in tow.
