I just moved to Erie this summer and was in search for a new hair stylist. I went to Aldina and immediately loved her. I have now gone twice and can say she does such an amazing job and is such an amazing person! I feel like I am talking to my big sister when I talk to her which is very comforting and fun:)

I look fabulous and the treatment was top notch.Tried a new treatment,because my hair was dry, over colored etc. So they used Gold Lust on my hair and wow, it is so soft and shiny! Looking forward to their Open House so i can stock up! The coffee was also up to my expectations! Great Job all!

I love going to Panache. From the minute I walk through the door, I relax in this beautifully designed, world class salon. The support staff is always respectful and accommodating and makes every effort to assure that I am comfortable and satisfied. Likewise, the professional staff, and they are indeed professional, provide me with superior quality care. Whatever services I treat myself to, the artists at Panache maintain an open dialogue with me, listening and responding - almost as if they are partnering with me to make me feel my best. Always, when I leave Panache, I feel restored; I feel pampered; I feel my best.

I have been coming to Panache for the past 2 years for biweekly massages and I couldn't be happier. The girls at the front are always so friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere feels like you're in Paris. My appointments are always ready when I'm done and they always try to help squeeze me in when something pops up unexpectedly. I would definitely recommend Panache to my friends (and I have!)

Panache is the only place in Erie I will go to get massages. I see Matthew & he is AMAZING! The front desk girls are great & the salon & spa are beautiful. I've never had a bad experience & have recommended Panache to friends.

I am a long time client of Panache and no matter what service I receive, I am always completely satisfied. I have always been treated with the respect and professionalism. I have recommended Panache to friends and family and they all agree. If you're looking for a change I highly recommend a visit to Panache.

I've had several things done at Panache from hair and makeup to NexGen manicures, facials and massages. Every single time I visit I am more than thrilled with the services I receive. The providers are highly skilled in their areas of expertise and make me feel great. They not only make me look great but they educate me on the things they are doing and the products they are using. The customer service is excellent...I love Panache!

From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated like a queen! The service was better than I could have possibly imagined, my services were the best! I have been back on a regular basis and feeling beautiful every time! So very satisfied and never disappointed!

Terrible experience. The actual place is beautiful, but I asked for red hair and they let me leave with brown, wet hair. Even had to pay even though I'm super upset. None of the staff agreed that my hair was the wrong color, and most of them just told me to wash it out... as if washing brown hair will some how make your hair red. I wanted a vibrant copper red and they gave me an ashy mahogany brown... strange. I do not recommend this place!!

I have never been more disappointed with a salon. Their customer service terrible and I will never be going back. I went because I bought a "spanache" package where I paid for 6 facials in advanced. It was managed so poorly, every time I got my facial, I spent over 15 minutes proving to them that I had already paid for this in advance because their computer system never had it correct. The very last one that I had scheduled was a week after the 6 month period that I paid for and although they always scheduled the appointments for me and I asked to make sure it was covered, I got the facial and they made me pay for the facial because it was a week after my package expired which no one ever told me. When I talked to the manager, I was shaking with anger and she offered nothing in return for my dissatisfaction.



I also bought a product from them and once I took it home realized it was over 6 months expired. So the next month when I returned the product, it was still on the shelf with the old expiration dates. And their products are not cheap!



And my last complaint is when my friend had the bridal party there to get their hair done for the wedding. Our appointments were at various times in the morning and we all got there for the first appointment to hang out toegther. Only, we were not allowed to hang out with the bride getting her hair done because we had to hang out in a different section, completely ruining the point of us all being there at the same time. When I got my hair done, it was not only the most expensive updo I have ever gotten, but it was also the absolute worst. As I tell all my hairdressers, I need a lot of hairspray for my hair to stay. After my hair was done at Panache, I felt like she did not nearly put enough hairspray in so when I told her she did not put more in, instead the she told me that it was not moving the whole night. Unfortunately, she was wrong and my hair was flat before the wedding started. So completely disappointed and I have never felt so strongly about how terrible a business is. It is disgusting how terrible they treat their customers and I will never go back.

The staff at Panache is always professional and on the ball. The stylists there keep up with their training and knowledge on the newest and best techniques and cuts. I've never seen anyone leave the salon looking anything but at their best. The spa staff members know how to make your spa experience relaxing and enjoyable. If you are looking for a new stylist Allison is one of the best in the business! She knows the best cuts and colors for anyones features. If you have a special day coming up all the stylists there are great with up-do's. Any one of them will make your hair, or any wedding parties hair, look awesome!~Joanne
