      same thing happened with my lawn mower the bulb was stuck he took it apart told me it wasn't worth fixing and charged me $35 what a joke

      same problem with a mower I took in he disassembled it told me it wasn't worth fixing the only problem was the bulb was stuck he charged me $35 and I ended up getting that back but was still out a lawn mower... he is a real piece of work
