One word : terrible.



They were rude when I called. I asked if they had a part and provided a model. He said I don't know you're going to have to come in. He was rude - but I gave them a chance and went there.

When I arrived they literally told me I had to have the model number and I didn't have to come and I wasted my time - like its my fault. They didn't have the part. Complete waste of an hour and gas. I went to Wagner to order the part. A little friendly and arrived before the close of business the following day.

12 years ago I bought a Simpicty Garden Tractor Run today like it did new Great Harvey and Mitch are always ready with technical advise. Since then we've gotten 3 blowers a Toro Lawn Mower and many other items. Great Staff always friendly and ready to help

I would NEVER do business with these clowns again! Spent well over 7 grand on a few items. Lawnmower sent back at least 10 times for service work. Once after having it for weeks I called and said I needed my Lawnmower back the guy on the line told me You and everyone else. Snowblower broke after using it just a hand full of times. I called them and they said it was covered under warranty but if it was the belts it wasn't covered. So I took the plastic cover off to make sure it was not the belts and I found a sheered spring. I called them back so they came and picked it up and when I called to inquire about it they told me there was nothing wrong with it "LIE" and are now going to charge me a delivering fee to bring it back. These clowns are rude and very unprofessional. Buyer beware you have been warned. Buy from these clowns and you'll find out!
