Best service I have ever had . Local company that really cares. Nice to be able to deal locally and not get the menu driven systems that drive me crazy when I call. I always get a real person who cares and delivers. They responded within 6 hour to my crisis and had me up and running with the correct part from their tech's truck stock. A 4 moth old Whirlpool refrig/freezer stops working Blood all over smells like dead animal you think Fullerton would help other then make it work again smell not there problem so they said maybe they could talk to Whirlpool for there customer. I will never deal with them again and I will tell everyone I know how the owner/sales person did not respect a customer as a human could not ever call back sent Service man to talk for them. I always stood behind what ever I sold or did as a business person and treated each person as they were important not just at the time of the sale.
