One of the best experiences I've had getting my car repaired... They were helpful and courteous... will be returning there again

I had my winter tires switched out to regular tires, and they reported that I needed to have my front breaks done, also they said I needed my back brakes flushed. After almost six hundred dollars I leave and the car is making a noise, which when I asked about it they said there was nothing wrong with the car. So, my husband and I have to take a seven hour road trip for work, and the car sounds terrible and feels as though something is going to break loose. The noise is so loud people on the street are looking at us, we arrive at the hotel late s we immediately pull into a Chevy dealership when it opens the next morning, and to our shock and horror, they report that the front left tire was never "locked down". When I called Firestone to complain, they said they would like to offer us a free oil change for our "hassel"
