      Why do they not support the "Hold at FedEx Location" feature? I missed a package today because I didn't hear the knock while I was in the shower. Common scenario? Now my package will sit in their warehouse for 2 days until they deliver it on Monday. It would be nice to enable people to be able to pick it up at the end of the business day at a Fedex establishment.

      Very poor tried to delever to my home Fri april 9 ,2010 needed to sign i was not home . So i waited all day Sat April 10 ,2010 and never showed up i called and they told me they were here and left note on door. I was here all day no note on door, they went to the wrong home i still do not have my package..Jim Kephart Geneva Ohio 44041 tag number dt 7514 5742 3046
