Unbelievable and unacceptable. When you live in a city where it snows constantly and brings icy roads and the plows either come way after the fact or not at all during the storm, why bother paying taxes to this department? I think you have to be a city official or judge to get your street plowed correctly or even at all. Nice job, Streets Department. I wouldn't count on you for getting a pothole repaired, let alone plowing during a storm.
