I had a car that no other auto mechanic shop could figure out what was wrong. I'd spend time I didn't have for places to troubleshoot the problem, to no avail. My partner referred me to Enormis, where they found the problem! And fixed it in no time! I trust this business above all others for top quality work!

I was in search of a car starter that would work from a long distance (1/2 mile). I also wanted confirmation that my car would automatically start when weather hit negative 40. The guys at Enormis assured me they could help. Quick installation, great service. Five winters later, the automatic starter has never failed me. All of my co-workers are jealous. Sometimes they even ask me for rides to avoid the weather. I live 8 hours North of Erie, nonetheless, i will never shop anywhere else.

I have been taking my Jeeps to Enormis for almost 15 yrs. Lou and his guys always find away to make my crazy ideas work.

I have had Enormis do several different things on 4 or 5 different vehicles over the years and I have no complaints whatsoever . When I need something done and done rt I always call these guys . I go there with very high expectations and they always find away to match or exceed those . Once again I give them 2 thumbs up , they are extremely knowledgeable , professional , their customer service is ( #1 THE BEST , HANDS DOWN ).. Thanx again guys

$100 to have my car looked at, I'll take my business elsewhere. I've been there before, and yes, they're professional and know their stuff. However this is silly and makes me hesitant to reccommend this store if anyone has an issue and needs their car looked at. Thumbs down!

IN DASH NAVIGATION excellence!

I was recently in the State of Tennessee, depending on my dash top navigation system to keep me in the game during heavy traffic. Well, it slid right off when I needed it most!



As soon as we returned to Erie, PA, my first stop was Enormis for an in dash unit. The Technicians there, particularly Tony, fixed me up with a system that was slick and functional... replacing my factory stereo, the unit looks like it's always been part of my car!



The estimate was spot on! Delivery of the system and work completion was on time... I don't have much spare time, so that was important.



Lou Norman took a personal interest in making certain we were happy with the system and reviewed some of the functions with me.



This was my second visit to Enormis and I had a FIVE STAR experience. I would endorse them without reservation.



My only regret was that they were ready when I walked in the door, so I didn't get to sip cappuccino in the lounge and goof off.



I'm sure I'll find another reason to improve my vehicle in the future... and I'll head back to Enormis when that happens.

I live in Massachusetts and have been searching for a company to help replace the antenna to my auto start system but have been very unsuccessful.Enormis Mobil was recommended by an online company that couldn't help me and within two days my problem solved. The customer service is exceptional. I would recommend them always.

I am not from this area. I am also not a paid actor/reviewer. I am someone just like anyone else who reads these types of reviews in hopes of ensuring your money is being spent correctly without the feeling of being ripped off. I was in search of upgrading my sound system in my vehicle. With not knowing anyone from here, I relied on the online review of others to help choose a sound system dealer that I thought would be reputable, as well as knowledgeable. After more than 1k later, and many weeks without my car, the sound quality of my aftermarket system sounded worse than having a KRACO system installed in my vehicle. I was so extremely disappointed by the lack of knowledge and the overall quality of the installation; I continued to drive my vehicle with the volume off. After about one year of disappointment from the original dealers poor sounding equipment, and poor installation from (P)rettyMuch(J)unk, I took my chances with Enormis. I was seeking sound quality over volume. Tony took the time and understood what I was looking for. Tony was extremely patient with me, and ensured I was kept abreast of all changes and updates. The owner Lou was also instrumental in the background keeping tabs on the project to ensure I was receiving the type of service that any reputable retailer should be providing with all of their sales and services. In the end, the final product was everything that I was looking for and then some. Hats off to Tony, Lou, Ethan, especially to the service tech jamming Boys II Men in my car, UGGH… Lesson learned. I vow to never allow, or recommend anyone to (P)rettymuch(J)unk, but rather all future service and recommendations will be sent to Enormis. Thank you so much for taking care of me, and understanding my unique request.

Let me tell you about something you don't find much of anymore , CUSTOMER SERVICE !

This morning I went to start my 2013 Ram truck to leave for work, NOTHING happened. The remote signaled it was trying to start but nothing was happening, not even a click. Evan after trying to jump start the vehicle, nothing ! Called the dealership and talked to the service mgr. and was told to have the vehicle towed to them. Thinking it might be the remote start preventing the truck from starting I called Enormis to talk to them. After I explained what and wasn't going on I was told that they would talk to their Tech's and get back to me. About 15min's later Lou, the owner calls, asked a few more questions, and then tells me he'll come to my house to do a diagonstic of the system. NO problem with the remote start, it was the onboard computer acting up !

I have dealt with Enormis since Lou first opened, and have had at least 6 remotes installed in my vehicles and stereo work also done at his business. It has ALWAYS been done right , I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ENORMIS and would never take my vehicles anywhere else. They go above and beyond in service and quality to their customers !

Highly competent manager and technical staff.



I had a problem with a remote start on my Honda, it was initially installed by another after market company. Short communication range and problem with key fobs.



The technicians at Enormis got me on the schedule and took great care of me and my favorite car, restoring the remote starting system to "better" than new, with increased operational range.



Though not as important as technical expertise and quality parts, I LOVED the waiting room, with the critical coffee machine!



Did the job in the time frame expected and spot on with the price they quoted me.



I would recommend them to anyone, without reservation!

Excellent customer service. My Dad had a remote start installed on my car last Christmas and we were so pleased with the service that we just ordered my brother one for his birthday. I had planned to drive up from Meadville to do the transaction, but bad weather kept me to a phone call. Lou was awesome. Took care of all the details over the phone so all my brother has to do is make the appointment and show up. Top notch service, will recommend to all.

Last week I had a remote starter installed in my Audi and I am extremely impressed with service, professionalism and excellent customer service I received from the staff at Enormis Mobile Specialties.

They made it impossible to make an appointment in a timely fashion and wouldn't refund the initial deposit I put down I paid them to literally do nothing.
