I had a problem with a pipe in an inground pool under the concrete. After trying to call a number of pool companies and even tried Angie's List without any call backs at all or a lot of "maybe next year", Colley's came to meet and even exceed fixing my problem. The people they sent out were not only knowledgeable, they were also professional and not afraid. If you have a pool in the Erie area, I would highly suggest calling Cooley's Pools and Spas before anyone else as they really do call back.

have been going here for the past two seasons. They have helped with some of my crazy questions with professional answers. Have never sold me anything that I did not need and have help me find the hard to find parts for my pool since it is over 20 years old.

Beware of this company. I do not trust them. Colleys opened and closed our pool. They did a lot of damage to our salt water system. Also do not go there for your chemicals. Under pretenses they sell chemicals that we do not need. I have a salt generator and I was asked to put liquid shock and my pool turned green. I was told by lot of experts later to never use liquid shock in a pool that has a salt generator. As my pool water turned green. Colleys kept selling me more and more chemicals. Do not go there for the chemicals. I would be very wary of them.

I purchased both my inground pool and Marquis hot tub from Colley's and they continue to impress me with their professionalism and knowledge. I take my water in monthly for a free computer waterized test and have never had a green pool. I love the cleaning system in both the pool and hot tub. It alllows me & my family to enjoy! We truly have created our backyard escape with the help of Colley's!

Our family purchased an inground pool from Colley's and it was a great experience. No pressure at the time of the sale. Our pool was installed by a hard working group of professionals and I was filling our pool with water at the end of the first day of construction! The cleaning system in the pool allows for very little maintenance, I only vacuum the pool in the spring. Professional, friendly service at the store as well. I use Colley's to open and close my pool every year. I have recommended three other families who have purchased aboveground and inground pools from Colley's. We love our Colley's pool and the service we receive!

i.e I would not recommend this company to anyone interested in an inground pool. They lie and deceive the customer using high pressure techniques. I had the owner at my home to show my wife and I pool designs. We weren't quite sure what we wanted and told him we needed to sleep on it. He explained in order to hold the "sale price" he needed a check for $100. I told him I wasn't ready to decide and wanted to look at other options. He assured us he would "hold" the check and not deposit it, he just wanted to hold the sale price. Reluctantly I gave him a check for $100 to hold on the grounds he not deposit it. Guess what he did with the check upon getting back to the office? Yep it was deposited. We did get our money back and they lost a sale. It turned out we were lucky by not buying from them as our neighbors have had nothing but problems with their Colley pool. while we've had nothing but enjoyment out of our NON-COLLEY pool!.,
