I had a really good experience at Twin Pine Ford this week. I was at different dealership and wasn't being treated correctly on the car I wanted so I searched for another 2018 Ford Fusion AWD and came across one at Twin Pine Ford that looked great. I called them while at the other dealership and scheduled an appointment for the next day.

I got there, Derek had the car washed and detailed and looking so nice! I smiled when I pulled into the dealership.

There was no pressure as with the previous dealership because I had my own financing from PNC Bank (The other dealership kept trying to run my credit after I said I wanted to use my own financing, they would not stop. Told me I could not leave with the car that day and it would take a few days unless I go with their financing).

Twin Pines does try to upsell you a bit on extended warranty, and some other very good packages but there is no pressure if you don't want them. I'm on a pretty strict budget so opted to not get all of the bonuses. Overall, I would definitely do business with them again and have no problem referring my friends to them.

The salesman misrepresented several things about the car I bought from Wanner Ford. Among other things, he overstated the mileage per gallon, and original selling price. He neglected to tell me that this car required Premium gas. When I asked him to show me other cars, he didn't. Even though he said he wouldn't pressure me, I realized afterward that he actually had pressured me. I also "won" a gold coin in a promotional, which I never got, although I asked twice. They told me that they were putting new brakes on the car while I waited, and then they didn't. So I waited an extra hour, not realizing that they were just washing it. Had I known the truth about the low mileage per gallon and it taking only Premium gas, I never would have bought it. I tried to return it the next business day, but they would not let me return it. They didn't seem concerned that I was not a satisfied customer.
