They take fantastic care of our cats. When our little one became sick, the worked very hard as a team. They kept us informed of his condition, excepted our phone calls all day with questions or concerns. Dr. Zimmerman was fantastic at explaining everything going on. I can not sing enough praises for the hard work and dedication of the staff for there care and compassion.

I can not speak for anyone else and their experiences. I only know the doctors and staff were willing to work with me toward the better health of my cats, who are closer than family to me. I did not find anyone being rude to me nor non-caring toward the needs of my cats. Thank you for emergency care and regular care.

had been going to them for over 15 years and loved them, my dog hates car rides and has seizures they even told be to have the blood work done else where for the meds and now they won't see my pets again saying it's there policy, i'd like to know where this policy was located, very unprofessional and I'm very upset about it.

I stopped going here several years ago because the vets seemed to lack compassion and the staff was rude. Last week one of my elderly dogs went into cardiac failure, I needed to have her put to sleep, and my regular vet had closed early due to a family issue. I called Conestoga to see if they would help me out so I wouldn't have to drive 20 minutes to PETS emergency center. The girl who answered the phone was rude and said that if my regular vet was closed that I would have to go to PETS, she didn't seem to care that my dog was suffering, just that I wasn't a regular patient there. She wouldn't even check with anyone to see if they would make an exception. Evidently nothing has changed there in the last 10 years, they still don't seem to care about animals!
