I recently went into Tuttles to buy some shotgun shells. When I walked in the door I was asked what I needed and where it could be located. I was never pressured into buying more or pressured into buying anything other than what I needed. Tuttles has great service ad I am truest pleased. I will now only buy my product at his shop

I have been visiting this store for several years. He has a very good selection of new and used guns, gun accessories, and knives. His customer service is outstanding. I have purchased several items from this store, firearms, ammo, and knives. His prices are very good and he will bargain to give you the best price. He has an incredible collection of firearms and accessories. Visit the shop - you won't be disappointed, and you'll probably come away with a great buy; one of the best in the area.

Unless you are a prominent expert marksman or gun club member be prepared to be treated like street scum. If you can get past the arrogance and extreme attitude you'll do fine. He's the only FFL in town so you have to grin and bear it. The owner doesn't care if he gets your business or not, he has his old stogie regulars that he dotes on and will bs with them while you wait and wait. He doesn't seem care if you walk out. No awards for great service and business to the community here. Prices are ok but not much selection. Old man set in his ways and if you don't like it tough

Thanks to Tuttle's expertise with rifles he helped me get a full refund from Marlin(including sales tax) by identifing the flaw in the new Marlin rifle that I had purched elsewhere. Thanks for your help. Merrill

As a female, it is important to me to feel welcomed in a store such as this, and I do. My son (age 13) has had a few restoring projects that he has asked advice on and helpful hints. Ralph has always been happy to assist in letting him know what he should or should not to do. Great store, great service, lots of cool stuff.

I have been going to Tuttle's guns for 15 yrs. I have always been treated with the utmost respect. That is a wonderful place to go, they are very knowledgeable and are willing to take the time out to help any one, men and woman alike. Tuttle's will continue to get my business and will recommend that every one stop by and meet the Tuttle's and take a look around. All the times I have been in Tuttle's I have never seen anyone get disrespected or treated poorly when you enter the store you feel like you are talking to one of your friends.

If there was a rating for 0 stars, that is what I would give this place. I have been there multiple times, and each and every time, I am treated like some punk off the street who is going to try and shoplift something. The man behind the counter is a real jerk who has a real bad attitude, that is only temporarily adjusted when some cash is flashed and you buy something. If you need a good gunsmith, it's worth the drive up to The Marksman up on Canyon Road in Puyallup. Unless you know exactly what you are talking about, don't go to Tuttles. I regret every trying to support this local business.

I have personally been in Tuttles gun store and watched the owner interact with his customers and I have never experienced anything like complaint a prior reviewer has written. I've had to wait because he was giving another individual attention, I recieved the same when he was done. I don't get it, You're damned if you do and damned if you don't

I found Tuttle's Gun Store fascinating and worth the trip I make out to Enumclaw.I heard someone who said he travels exstensively say Tuttle's is in the top ten of all the stores in the country. The store specializes in collectibles and the owner is knowledgable and offers fair prices. I've taken firearms in for freeverbal evaluation and have always been treated with respect and dignity. Theowner is a likable individual who will say he doesn't always think the customer is right, but I like that. Everyone who patronizes Tuttle's will find themselves returning time and time again. It's a great store.

I went to Tuttle's Gun Store on April 3, 2010. Walking in, I immediately noticed that a Lot of interesting old guns and other artifacts were present. A 60-something gent behind the counter pleasantly asked if he could "help me with anything". I replied, 'in a few minutes, after I look over your all these interesting things!" "Sure!"Besides a number and variety of rifles to stock an armory, there are some super-interesting artifacts and displays, many creatively crafted, and most with a vintage Western theme.After spending a while marveling at the "museum", I went to the counter to look over the pistols for sale. I took notes on a couple items that interested me.The gent who had greeted me, obviously the owner, was busy with a customer as I was 'browsing". When the customer left, I told the man about the Negative Review I had read on Switchboard, and that my impression was totally Opposite. He looked Surprised, and Hurt. I told him I would submit a Positive Review.

This is a fun store to visit! If your visiting downtown Enumclaw, drop into Tuttle's Gun Store, it's almost like visiting a small museum. I live in Enumclaw and have been a customer of Tuttle's. Prices are very good, they also have good knowledge of thier inventory (both what's on display and for sell). They have always had a good helpful attitude when I've been there (thier smiles are free).
