We called the bank and spoke with the head teller asking about cashing a offical check which was purchased in Georgia before we drove 3 hours round trip and all she could say is we had to bring the check in to let her see it. I explained I understand if it is a bad or bogus check but would there be another reason she could not cash it? She would not say anything other than it had to be brought in to determine...she repeated herself at least 5 times and hung up the phone. Now, if I had accounts at ANY bank and they hung up with an attitude for mearly a question I would move all of my accounts ASAP. Don't worry the guy that gave me the check will be pretty upset I am sure and I will never do buisness with anyone that doesn't appreciate my buisness either. If she is the HEAD Teller ...looks like the help is very poorly these days!
