i highly recommend going to the Enterprise lowes garden center and contacting the worker Cheyon for help. not only was he very helpful but he was by far one of the nicest employees that i have ever talked to at lowes. everyone else seems so uninterested and just there to sell things, while Cheyon was hard working, very kind, and always had a smile. he helped me with everything i needed and never seemed bothered to do anything for me. i have never met such a kind and happy worker. lowes needs more people like this

I agree with the previous complaint. I would much rather go to Home Depot in Dothan if it wasn't because I had to drive almost 30 minutes to get there. Especially in the tiling dept. it seems as if the employees just don't want to be bother. I was even sold the wrong material only because the employee was just not listening, he simply wanted me to just go away. Hopefully you can retrain or maybe even consider hiring better staff in the flnear future!

You have some wonderful products and we shop there often but some(not all) of your employee's are not very helpful and act like you should not bother them except to check out. We were looking for cabinet locks and we could not find anyone to help and then when this nice lady found us someone we had to wait for them to make a key and wait on two or three more customers when he was not even at his station when we were looking for the locks. After he waited on the other customers it took him a whole 30 seconds to find what we wanted. This is not the first time this has happened to us and I'm sure it happens to others who don't take the time to complain about it. You have a wonderful store an a great business for Enterprise Alabama. Just wanted to let you know it is not your store but some of your workers who has made me give you only 4 stars. Enterprise could not do without ya'll or Walmart which also has some unhelpful workers. Thanks for listening to me complain.
