After finding termites in our home, my husband and I contacted three seperate pest control companies requesting estimates. Out of the three, C.O.P.S. was the only one that fully explained their service and warranty. With the other two, their represenatives were more like car salesman. They didn't listen to me, and I felt like they didn't have as much knowledge to answer my questions about the treatment. For anyone else out there who may be interested in a termite treatment, I would highly recommend this company.
