We had a sewage back-up problem with our septic tank/system. Beckham team went out of their way to work us into the schedule quickly. When they arrived they pumped the tank and took the few extra minutes to point out problem areas. The workers were friendly, courteous and careful with the truck. They also provided options for related/future repairs without selling me anything specific.

It is refreshing to have a company do what they say. Mr Beckham came to my home, told me the problem, told me the options and within a week it was done and I was charged exactly what he quoted. The workmen were professional and left my yard in excellent shape. My grandfather started using them in the 70s so I knew who to call when I had a problem. We will be using them for many more years. I wish my plumber was like that..and my roofer...and my insurance agent......also my lawyer and my auto dealership... I seldom recommend anyone to have work done but I always refer Mr Beckham without blinking.
