I had a horrible experience at this salon recently. I went in to get my dead ends cut off and told the stylist that I didn't mind taking off a few inches to make sure my hair was healthy all over. I gave her a couple pictures to use as an example of the style I wanted. She told me she could work with those cuts and then decided to chop all of my hair off in the process. She gave me a grandma haircut and even had the nerve to ask me when it was over if I was in shock. When I got home I cried for the next two days. My daughter said, "it's okay mommy, you just look like a grandma now." Fortunately, hair always grows back but it will take me 6 months to recover from this cut. I will never go back to this salon in the future and I will definitely let everyone I know about the experience I had here and the name of the stylist. Worst experience and haircut I have ever had in my life. I took for granted that because the salon is located in Heritage Hills shopping center that it would be a more prestigious salon. Please be informed to check out their before and after pictures on Facebook before making an appointment here. I wish I had done the research before hand myself. It would've saved my hair.
