I had the worst experience today at this dealer. I’m from NYC and was driving to NJ when my dash board lit up like a Christmas tree. I found my way to this dealer and was told upon arrival by both Lenny and John the manager that they were too busy to look at the car. I pleaded with them stating that I’m not from New Jersey, it’s raining cats and dogs, and I’m worried that I won’t be able to make it back home to NYC. John repeated that they were too busy and to try to drive it to my “home” dealer which is in White Plains New York. Neither one of them offered any suggestions to remedy the problem, nor were they even willing to look at the vehicle. Instead I prayed and made my way to Paramus Chevrolet where Ann gave the best Customer Service ever! Although they were just as busy today, Ann was able to assess the problem, and provided me a rental so that I could make it home in time to pick up both of my children.
