I have lived with a spur on my toe joint for several years which caused daily pain. I was told by another doctor that the only correction was surgery with the insertion of a metal plate and I would be restricted from wearing heels. On my first visit to Dr. Braver, he said he could correct this through surgery with a technique he uses without any metal plate and he would have me in walking with running shoes the next day. I was scheduled for surgery very quickly and was able to walk in my running shoes the very next day. My surgery was in March, I was able to wear heels again in May and have resumed jogging. Everyone at his practice was pleasant and helpful. He is one of the best in his field and a highly skilled surgeon. For foot and ankle issues this is the place to go! Thank you Dr. Braver and staff!
