I have bought so many phones and had to have fixed because I always was dropping in water etc. The people that own this store a man and a woman were always so helpful all the times I highly recommend as they are so pleasant and always explain the best options and help me to set up the phone I wouldnt go anywhere else

I went to this store to get my mom a prepaid Boost Mobile (Sprint prepaid service) cell phone. According to both the Sprint website and the staff at this store, Sprint/Boost Mobile service is available where she lives. That turned out to be a lie. When I asked for my money back, I was informed that this would not be possible due to the financial loss it would represent to them. How is this my problem, considering that both Sprint/Boost Mobile and the staff at Cellular Touch Wireless flat out told me something that isn't true, which where I come from is referred to as a lie? They actually had the audacity to try and get me to buy a different prepaid service for my mom, as if they hadn't blatantly violated the trust and confidence I'd placed in them. I had to settle for refill cards for my T-Mobile cell - minus the sales tax, which they attempted to convince me was fair. Unsuccessfully, I might add. Do yourselves a favor: steer clear of these vultures and take your business elsewhere.
