Established in 1997, The Balthazar Bakery Wholesale Division manufactures and supplies breads and pastries to restaurants, hotels, caterers and gourmet shops throughout the New York metropolitan area. The bakery provides table, sandwich and breakfast breads, panini, loaves, and sandwich and dinner rolls in traditional ciabatta, whole wheat organic boule, multigrain crescent, walnut and levain batard, baguette, potato-onion fendu and levain boule varieties. The Balthazar Bakery Wholesale Division also offers a variety of pastries, including croissants, Danishes, galettes, scones and small wonders. The bakery is located in Englewood, N.J.
