We are renting a condominium in Englewood and apparently the previous tenants did know how to open draperies and destroyed about 10 plastic hooks. I called the Association manager and she recommended shutters, blinds and designs. I called them to see if they would have this part in stock. A very friendly young lady said Probably, but bring the broken part to confirm.I drove to the attractive show room later in the day and was graciously helped to find the replacement parts . I was also given detailed instructions on how to remove and install the new parts. He even pulleda Traverse rod from behind the desk and showed me exactly how to perform the repair.This was the ultimate in customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone looking for new window treatments.
