Unfortunately I have to give a poor review--I want others who are looking for windows and doors to be aware that this company does not act with honesty and integrity. I purchased windows and doors and 8 months later had a problem with one piece of glass. I spent 4 months thinking that they were working on getting the warranty issues sorted out and were going to take care of the problem. I called multiple times and got run-around excuses about the warranty. Finally I got smart and called another local glass company who made a single call to the supplier and found out that Lemon Bay did not have a receipt for the glass they installed so needless to say, it was not under any kind of warranty. Why didn't they just tell me this at the beginning? Why didn't they have a receipt for the glass so it was under warranty? Was my glass leftover from another job? It would have been very easy to just order a piece of glass and make it right. Instead, I am spreading the word--DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
