After dealing with a terrible situation trying to just GET my rental I came into this place and I got a water and "the lady at the front desk" even found me a cigarette after hearing about my deal with Avis. They've also fixed several of my friends BMW's (mines not done yet) and they've come out done as well you'd expect from the dealership and has always been done when they say they will be

I was told that repairs to my vehicle after a accident would take a week, I am still waiting to get my car back and it's at 20 days that they have been "working" on it now. I have also been told for the last week everyday that it'll be ready tomorrow. I highly recommend staying away from this place at all costs. Just to get the estimate took over a week. The lady at the front desk is very rude once you start getting frustrated about the length of time and being lied to daily by them. Please take your business else where if you want to see your car back in a reasonable time
