Daniel had our car from January 2018 thru May 2018 and didnt complete the repairs. He rarely answered or returned any phone calls and during the rare occasion when he picked up the phone../it was always the same line...it will be finished in two weeks. This was also an insurance claim and the money was paid in full to Daniel, however the repairs have not been completed or any money refunded to us. We had to have the car towed to a different body shop. Daniel comes across as nice and honest however his work ethic or lack there of shows something totally different.

DO NOT GO TO DANIEL SEGURA AT HC Automotive Designs : he will take full payment and not actually complete the work on your car! He stiffed a single Mom by not completing everything listed on her estimate from the insurance company and won't return communication of any kind. He then stated he'd complete the work when he 'had time'. It's now 6 months later and the work is still incomplete.
