Located in Aurora, Colo., Arapahoe/Douglas Works! is a public and private partnership that provides resources for job seekers and employers in the metro Denver region. It has a workforce board that is comprised of individuals who provide guidance and assistance for improving the quality of life in Arapahoe and Douglas counties in Colorado. Arapahoe/Douglas Works! operates a resource center in the Denver Technology Center and a satellite office in Castle Rock that are available to all registered job seekers. Its offices features computers, fax and photocopy machines, phones, job search books, newspapers, videos and take-home reference materials. Arapahoe/Douglas Works! organizes a variety of workshops and offers various special services to registered users.
