We visited the 470 and peoria location today. I have been to this location several times in the past.Today we dropped $900 bucks on a new matress and went to loading door # 5 when paged. This is where the day went south. The guy that loaded the new matress on my truck was so rude.He first started shoving the matress so hard that it was catching on the truck bed and when I told him to stop shoving it he proceeded to tell me to let him do his job! after I let him do his job! I noticed that he rippped a hole in the matress on the bottom side of it. I aksed the dock worker for a new mattress and he prcoeeded to ask me " how do I know you didnt do that?" after pointing it out to him (blamed me for the damaged matress even though he was te one pushing it on the truck and loading it). Really I could not believe it. They finally took it off my truck and then told me it was the last one they had ( Story of my life right) now we would not be able to get it for two weeks now. So I went in an talked to the manager and this is when my day got a little better. After talking to the manager he had credited us $50 bucks back on our order (which we were not asking for any money back) and told me that he could get it shipped to me in two days on Monday and the delivery would be no charge. He would also talk to the dock workers and let them know not to bring their bad days to work with them. I have been in customer service of thirteen years now and I have never said anything like that to one of my customers. Overall I am pleased with AMF but today will make me think twice about going back and having to pick somthing up from the dock. Thank you to the management for stepping up today. I will update on Monday when we actually recieve our order and let you all know how the next step of this process goes.

Purchased some patio furniture and have been satisfied.

Recently had a warranty issue but was well taken care of by customer service management.

I agree the sales reps just look at you or don't have a clue on to what there talking about but there's prices are great there (cheap) :-) I live far from this store but I go here to shop just because I like there prices!!!

This place sold me a futon with "screwdriver only" instructions and NO HOLES DRILLED for any of the 20+ pieces of hardware. And their customer service response? MY misunderstanding, MY responsibility to haul the futon back to their store, MY responsibility to open the futon and check it before it leaves the warehouse. AFW obviously sells poor products they DO NOT stand behind, and their customer service is DREADFUL. My first and LAST experience with this company, without a doubt.........
