I bought 4 tires and alignment when came time to
Do alignment they found two parts has to be replaced
They don’t do repairs so as the owner have to replace
Parts and than come back to realigned other wises
Everything turned alright ok well done.

I used to be a fan of Town Fair Tire, no so much anymore. I recently bought a set of (NEW) tires off Tire Rack and brought them to TFT (Enfield) to have them mounted/balanced. I was told that they would not install them. I then e-mailed TFT to ask why and they claimed it was because of "liability". I then went to FOUR other tire shops in town to ask if they would mount/balance and they all said "no problem". They also all got a good chuckle when I told them TFT refused to mount/balance my tires.

The funniest thing is if you drive by Tire Rack's warehouse (East Granby, CT) you can see TFT trucks lined up at the loading docks. So it seems the friendly regional TFT is just basically TR's pawn at this point. I won't be going back. TFT claims to "beat any online/internet pricing". HA, of course they're in bed with one of the largest online tire vendors. (tirerack)

I waited five and a half hours for my vehicle. Four tires on a tiny little Toyota. The sale guy told me that it would only be about an hour to an hour and a half. He also mentioned that they were short staffed techs but there were at least four to five guys hanging out at the desk the whole time. Horrible. Do not recommend.
