EnFuse Fitness located in Enfield Connecticut is a family owned and operated strength and conditioning / rehabilitation facility. Our training methods strictly adhere to time tested fundamentals and follows a ground up approach focusing on symmetry, mobility, flexibility, and strength. EnFuse is a private studio and offers its clients the exclusivity of working one on one with their coach. This is an elite studio that houses a Registered Nurse, Licensed Massage Therapist, Strength and Running Coaches, and a Licensed Aesthetician. Noteworthy is that EnFuse Fitness does not succumb to passing fads and trends. While all of our staff stays current with their education, our philosophy on wellness and strength training does not follow the ebb and flow of commercial marketing. The goal of EnFuse and its employees is to help each client build a strong, lean, pain free, and most importantly healthy physique. Thoughtful and deliberate improvements in body mechanics and immune function will directly increase your output. We are by no means ‘budget fitness’, we are ‘get it done right the first time fitness.’ EnFuse caters to a specific population of people who prioritize their health and fitness goals.
