After quite a bit of frustration with my Phonak hearing aides
I met with audiologist Allison who researched causes to my problem snd at this time hearing aides are charging
Thank you to Allison who went the extra mile to find probable cause to problem. Should problem reoccur as it is not a common one , Phonak has committed to replacing all equipment with new products if products are still under warranty
