      Don't bother. Found out the hard way they use lower grade materials to keep estimates below competitors.

      B & B Paving and Construction, Inc. is owned and operated by partners Luigi Buttino and Codey Beblavy. Luigi Buttino has over 25 years of concrete, paving and sealcoating experience. He has worked on everything from large highway construction to basic patch-work. Codey Beblavy is an entrepreneur who has been trained by Luigi since he was a teen. Our mission is to be the largest residential and commercial concrete, paving and seal coating contractors in the triple cities, offering the best possible service while never compromising our quality. We currently have 11 employees, a concrete crew, a paving crew and a sealcoating crew.
