EuroPlast's primary service is plastic injection molding. It uses plastic injection molding presses ranging from 20 to 610 tons to produce a wide variety of parts. In addition to injection molding, a full complement of ancillary operations are available for finishing and assembly. EuroPlast also specializes in producing parts from a variety of non-standard mold designs including hot runner systems and overmolding. Molds utilizing hot runner systems have the advantage of reduced material usage by eliminating the need for runners. Overmolding is a process in which a second type or color of material is molded onto an existing part. EuroPlast is ISO 9001:2000 certified and is headquartered in Endeavor, Wis.
