I thought I had chosen a surgeon until I told my wife. She quickly advised me that I need to see one more doctor before I can choose, and that was Dr. Younai. I'm so glad she made me consult with him. In talking to him alone, I noticed a huge difference between Dr. Younai and all the other doctors I had previously consulted with. And then I saw his photos and he showed me the results he thought he could promise me. I was thrilled. No other doctor was willing to tell me what to expect other than some sort of vague "improvement."

Dr. Younai and his staff are awesome. I've actually seen him more than once and every time, I am amazed at the results he achieves. Dr. Younai actually gets it. my life has gone from night to day. i had always thought of getting a gynecomastia surgery but after my friend told his experience i decided to finally take action. it has to be one of the best decisions I've ever made. first off the staff make sure that you are take cafe throughout the whole process and they you are comfortable because this was defintely something Ive never been comfortable with my whole life. imagine being able to finally wear clothes and not worry about how it will look on you or be able to take your shirt of in summer to jump in the pool and not feel embarrassed. That's what i always wanted to experience and since my surgery i haven't thought once about the little things that used to bother me on a daily basis. i just go about my day without those distracts and worry. Dr. Sean Younai kept his promise and did an amazing job and i would recommend his services to anyone without a doubt.

I was very nervous about coming in to do my procedure, all I had was scary thoughts. But I'm very happy I decided to follow through with it. The weight I have tried so hard to get rid of after 14 years is now a thing of the past. Dr. Sean Younai made it all disappear and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results from my procedure. I have so much more confidence in myself and my body now thanks to Dr. Younai.

I workout and diet and have lost weight on my own but I felt that my stomach was extremely disproportionate to the rest of my body. It wasn't just the appearance of it that bothered me, but the fact that it caused me pain and made my life more difficult. It sat in my lap causing my legs to hurt, I was unable to complete workouts because it got in the way, and it even made driving a task because I am short. When I first found Dr. Younai online I was very skeptical, as not many doctors perform large volume liposuction. Heck, most doctors won't perform any cosmetic procedures on larger patients. But once I contacted them my mind was put at ease. They made everything super simple for me. I am not from LA so I had to do everything long distance. They allowed me to take pictures and email them in. I was even able to pick up my medications from my pharmacy in my hometown and bring them with me, instead of having to search for one in a place I didn't know.

Meeting Dr. Younai and his staff was just as comfortable as talking to them on the phone or email corresponding. My preop appointment was very long because I had never had surgery before and I had a lot of questions. They never rushed me, or made me feel like I was wasting their time.

The surgery went well and was easy considering the fact that your sedated, lol. But I won't lie the first few days of recovery are rough. Your covered in bruises and you look like you got beaten up by 10 people. The good news is, it's only temporary. I used something I had never heard of called Arnica, which the staff suggested to help with the healing process and it worked like a charm.

The only thing I could think of that I wish was slightly different would be I wish I had more time with the doctor post op. He did answer all my questions that day but I did feel slightly rushed. I know he's busy so I don't fault him for that.

My first surgery went amazingly well, but I wanted to have more fat removed to have an even more dramatic waistline and Dr. Younai offered me my same procedure for a fraction of the cost. I am very grateful to him and his team for helping to change not only my body but my life. I can't speak for other procedures, but I would highly suggest this doctor for large volume lipo.

I found Dr. Younai on the internet...I reviewed the site and found it very informative with realistic content of what the surgery I was interested would be like and things to consider about before and after surgery. I felt comfortable and made an appt. He was very kind and listen to my needs...Together we decided what was best for me. On surgery day the staff was great to me and my family answering any questions they had. They were available to me after when i had any questions or worried after all this was a new experience for me and my family....well six weeks later I look and feel great...and the Doctor and his staff are still here for me. I met Dr. Younai through two of my good friends who were his previous patients for over 15 years. They had their beautiful breast jobs, and i just had to have mine done after seeing their results. So i decided to go with my tummy tuck first and he did a beautiful job, hour glass figure! Recovery was great, no problems. His staff, harpreet and linda, very helpful. I was very pleased with my results and still am, then later decided to have a breast augmentation and from my breast augmentation he made me MY perfect size, exactly what i wanted and i couldn't be happier. A few months later i developed a keloid from my scarring, Dr. Younai was more than happy to do my revision and take it away at NO cost. I also chose to do my arms and legs, Dr. Younai did the liposuction to both and again very pleased and satisfied with my results. I have been very satisfied with all of my procedures that Dr. Younai has done for me.

After my tummy tuck i went with a friends plastic surgeon in beverly hills because i saw her breasts, it was nice and cost she paid was cheaper. I went in to do a breast augmentation, my results were horrible! SO i had to come back to Dr. Younai and decided to pay his fees, which were not that much more to have my breast fixed and into the right size that fit my body. I have been happy and pleased with my results. So CHEAPER is NOT always BETTER, take it from me, i paid more in the long run. Now Dr. Younai is forever my plastic surgeon, i will never cheat on him again! I have trusted him with my tummy tuck, lipo on arms, legs, back and breast augmentation.

My advice.. if you are looking, make sure you check their credentials, that they are Board Certified, and heck out All the before and after pictures!
