If I could give a negative star I would. What an absolute disgrace of a company.
We booked them to come and clean our office tiled floor in Sherman Oaks. They are basic grey tiles, but after the finishing of glass door installation they needed a clean and polish up. Firstly the cleaner was nearly TWO hours late, so we ended up staying in the office until 7:30pm.
When the cleaner - Joe - arrived he proceeded to shout at the CEO every five minutes across the open plan office (despite the fact we had two clients visiting) asking him to come and check his work! While he was on the phone! It was totally unprofessional.
He did clean the floor, but not very well. Then he told us it was $1,800 but we had to wash the tiles ourselves the next day if we wanted to see a difference!
Baffled, we paid it and the following day the tiles looked worse than before he came. There were white foam patches all over them from his machine, and despite cleaning the floor the stains still remain. Such a poor job - an absolute mess.
This is not even the reason for me writing the complaint - the customer service is utterly atrocious. Yes, there are a few pleasant ladies who noted my complaint and sent the technician back (who did an equally bad job and was so rude and obnoxious I had to ask him to leave) but when I asked to speak to the owner I was promised he would call back.
Every day for three days. I have called and called and called - and every time I get the same response "Amir just stepped out" "Amir isn't in today" "Amir is going to call you back in a while". And the last call I had, the "dispatcher" told me she was the only one in the office and kept interrupting me when I was clearly upset about the lack of communication - and then she insinuated me that it is our fault that we don't have clean floors because we paid for the "cheapest option"!
Reading the previous reviews surprises me - or perhaps they can clean carpets they just have no clue about tile floors. In which case don't offer it as a service, and don't take peoples money if you are not prepared to deliver.
Im happy with the work they did for me. Thanks to them my area rug looks better than ever! I was very ecstatic with the results Im afraid to even step on it with my socks because I might ruin it.

they did an excellent job. my fellow yelpers. you need to call them if you live in the culver city area. they are local and professional an it doesn't hurt that they have some fair prices too.

They delivered my area rugs. Spotless. They left looking disgusting and came back looking brand new. This is what you call a professional carpet cleaning company.
